Shipping
UPS Ground or ground freight calculated at checkout. In stock items leave the warehouse within approximately 2 weeks of order being placed and received. Items might ship in multiple boxes. Items available for domestic US shipping only.
Customers are able to check shipping status using the tracking number provided once the order has shipped. Customers will also receive an email once the item has shipped.
If a product is damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@hawkhousehome.com and once we have received all necessary documentation, we will attempt to refund or replace your item.
Hawk House Home is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery of the product.
Returns
At Hawk House Home, we are committed to your customer satisfaction. You may return items which have been unused, undamaged and in the original packaging (as determined by Hawk House Home in its sole discretion) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price or store credit.
Items that are returned used, damaged or not in original condition and packaging, as determined by Hawk House Home in its sole discretion, are subject to a restocking fee equal to 50% of the original purchase price for the item.
To request a return, please send us an email at info@hawkhousehome.com with your date of purchase, proof of delivery date and customer number. Once your return request has been authorized, you may proceed with shipping the item back to us. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional packaging needed.
At this time, it is not possible to exchange items. Customers can return items and place a new order for the desired item.

Your refund credit will be issued once the item has been fully inspected and within 14 days of receipt by Hawk House Home. We cannot accept returns if products have been clearly used, damaged or are not in original condition and packaging, as determined in our sole discretion.

Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to the physical goods manufactured for and sold by Hawk House Home.
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the goods manufactured for and sold by Hawk House Home, under normal use and maintenance by the customer during the Warranty Period (defined below)
During the Warranty Period, Hawk House Home will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that are defective due to improper materials or workmanship by Hawk House Home, under normal use and maintenance by the customer. Hawk House Home will determine the nature of the defect after a physical inspection of the item.
What does this Limited Warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any defect in materials or workmanship that is caused by: normal wear and tear of an outdoor product (including, but not limited to rust, weathering, hard water, dirt & debris), malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in the workmanship (including, but not limited to, abuse or misuse of the product), any attempt by the owner to modify/alter the product, or Acts of God such as storms, floods, earthquakes, poor air quality or other natural disasters or conditions beyond the control of Hawk House Home.
In addition, if this product becomes obsolete at any point in the future, the product will not be covered under this Limited Warranty.
The Limited Warranty will not cover loss that occurs during the customer’s shipment of the product back to Hawk House Home. Customer is responsible for shipping the product in a safe manner.
How long is the Warranty Period?
This warranty lasts for 180 days from the date of delivery, as determined by industry standard proof of delivery.
The Warranty Period does not reset when we send a repaired product or part. Rather, the warranty for the repaired product or part assumes the time remaining on the existing warranty. Replacement products and parts benefit from a full 180 day Warranty Period.
What do you have to do?
To obtain the benefit of this warranty, you must contact Hawk House Home before the end of the Warranty Period. You can contact us by email at info@hawkhousehome.com. You must provide proof of purchase to benefit from this Limited Warranty.
Please note that you will be responsible for all costs and packaging related to shipping the complete product via prepaid transportation to: Hawk House Home, 2421 Silver Ridge Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90039.
We will inspect your item, upon receipt, and contact you via email within 14 business days to give the results of our inspection. There is no charge for this inspection. If we are repairing the item, we will work with our suppliers to complete the repair and return the repaired item to you in a commercially reasonable period of time, and keep you informed throughout.
What are we obligated to do under this Limited Warranty?
Hawk House Home will repair defects in materials or workmanship at no charge. If repair is not possible, we offer you the choice of receiving a replacement of the same item or a full refund for the purchase price of your item.
No Other Express Warranties Apply
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for Hawk House Home products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hawk House Home makes no other warranties other than this Limited Warranty, and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, relating to the products and parts, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. You may have other warranty rights, which vary by state and country.
No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Hawk House Home. Warranties are not transferable. They apply to the original purchaser only.
Limitation of Liability
Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
